Part-time Baker

Our long-time baker, Mary, is leaving us in September. We will miss her and wish her well in her retirement. Can you step into her shoes?
The ideal candidate embraces the use of seasonal and local ingredients to make and create select baked goods, sandwiches, soups, salads, and some prepared foods to be sold in our Farm Market. The primary responsibility is the preparation of baked goods, but creative inputs that add to the uniqueness of the farm market are also valued. Some experience is required, plus the ability to take charge as a baker who manages costs, pricing, and procurement. We are flexible as to days and hours worked.
This is an opportunity to connect with and feed our customers, most of whom live in Durham and the surrounding towns.
